At MagnaFlow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
